Its ok as long as you dont play the final boss, or a cpu opponent that is a predominent thrower.

The priorities and cheesiness of the cpu is unbelievably frustrating.

Seth (the boss) can be a real b**** to beat at first, but once you recognize his patterns he can be beaten super easily.

Here's a tip: Always keep about a half screen distance between you. This way he can't pile drive you and you can jump over his sonic booms and punches to land a jumping kick followed by a crouching kick. This strategy I have found works well with nearly everybody. I've almost beaten the game on medium with everyone.

Tip to beat the game on hardest: Pick Zangief and keep doing the double lariet, you can't be beaten.
