Attention hobbyists: need to pick your brain

Where in Ottawa would I be able to find a short 2-3" piece of one inch diametre aluminum pipe and aluminum epoxy? The drain hole in my boat is stretched and I was recommended to stick the pipe piece in there and seal it afterwards...
