I know there are a few other Transformers Fans/Collectors on here, so I just thought I would share with you my Fiancae's crowing achivment as a Transformer Fanatic.









Made of Styrofoam and wood, she picked it up today at the Toronto Transformers Convention.  

That is only the upper torso, the 5 1/2' legs are not attached as we don't have high enough celings

So we've come to the conclusion that the next house will need valted celings as well as a walk out basment

My GF would kill me if I showed up to the house with something like that.

Hope the show was fun .. I wanted to make it down but work got in the way.

I've said it before and I'll say it again....Adam and D were made for each other.

It's funny, just to reiterate what Duane was saying about Dee and I being meant for each other, the conversation on buying this went something like this.

D: "Adam the 10Ft Optimus is for sale and it's only $400"

Adam: "What the hell are you talking to me for, hurry up and go buy it!"

She ended up talking him down and go it for $300 which was a steal of a deal if you ask me   

But yea she is freaking estatic, it's a really well done piece, needs a few touchups and some glue but other then that really cool, I just wish we had cealings high enough to fully set it up.  

Just a funny update to this thread.

Peter Cullen the voice of optimus is comming to Botcon this year, so Denise was pretty excited and she wanted something unique for him to sign rather then just another toy in a box like everyone else.  Obviously bringing the Optimus on a plane would be impossible and even bringing a piece has it's risks as it could break so Denise and I came up with this idea

She is going to print out an 11x10 of one of the pictures below and have Peter cullen sign that

I don't find her obsession with Transformers any more obessive then mine with Pinball

You should take a shot of HER in the drivers seat with OP in the passenger seat...

I am sure that voice guy would love to sign it (even more with her in the car as PROOF she is the obsesed one)
