Today i decided to come out on this problem
once & for all

I just hope this is the last time i will ever hear about this!


The Story was:

When i first started here in MAACA
I didn't have a clue who was good & who was bad..

all i wanted is to buy my first machines
and find good deals & helpful people



He sold me a machine that was a Red painted neo-geo  machine


He was pushing me to buy buy buy buy to deliver it The next day trying to deal me all over

after a while i decided to buy it since :  it was suposed to work 100% & i didn't have any cabinet & i was excited to start the hobby

I payed this machine around 380+ shipping 60$ (can,t remember exactly)

It arrived at my house ....


all broken up not like on pics

sticky red ''a** crap paint job''


I was dessapointed but i told myself ,hell if the monitor & PCB board works im gonna gut this peice of junk  & throw it away no trouble....

We got it inside my house

He left as soon as it was done
like lighting fast
He had some ''buisness he said'' or some other deal to do....

The monitor was bleeding red colors , it had signs of screen burn dated of BURGERTIME era but SEVERE , plus the neo geo pcb was faulty.... it had a short on board ....

I knew i just got fucked over

....,



I emailed Highspeed

I told him  : What the f***!

He then replyed

you know those things happen ... blah blah blah : buy a new pcb on ebay i can't do mess blah blah.

It happened to me when i delivered to cRaig = user : teamatonic
blah blah blah blah ......

ok but huh?


so basicly he didn't want to exchange me nothing.

not even Give me an onze of money back

alright then I was madly mad

<I told him
:Take it back

He told me sorry i can't , but i will see what i can do


During that time

I then started to gut the cabinet  (imagine a cab i just got & payed 380$ for .... already fucked up)

I listed it on maaca

as ''BURGERTIME CABINET + Control panel + EXTRA 19'' MONITOR for a price''

<rick calls me  & says  : HEy i can buy it tonight if you want  but only 100$....

After 30 mins of discussion i decided to say yes

I think he comes on the forum
I will post his nick name once i find out

He gives me 100$
he doesn't have a clue what he is doing himself
he doesn't even know what he has to pick up

he pays me (NOT RICKs MONEY BUT HIS OWN MONEY)
& he leaves

DONE DEAL

Never planning to buy something from him



Then the BANG that everyone heard occured

Rick during all this time was talking to B1 on Cgcc.ca
& was making a deal , for the cab i was actually selling to rick

But he was ''talking just like if i was selling it to B1..... wich i didn't even know''

so i have been blamed for something i never did.

& many people know he has a fishy reputation here

Many has PMED ME FROM MAACA & hate him without knowing him

He they all know he sales broken machines & sets high shipping but you rarely hear any blast Directed to him!

I was a victim (BOO HOO HOO )
I learned a hell of a lesson there in this deal
im glad i took part of it
since Now i know how people crook there way in to make a buck or 2

I ask this time MOVE ON!
for christ sake
Stop playing that old record go buy the latest one!

look carefully with who you buy & from now on you can Delete 1 guy from your list!
& it sure as hell aint me!

Then why are you posting it then and when you registered here did you take the time to read the agreement ?
Cause what you are doing now is either you crave for attention  or you are trying to ruin a reputation and even as you said once you get his friend's name you will post it so that make 2 reputations which would be considered as a Defamation under the law and it could costs you alot more then $440.

Gee this isn't suspicious..  1 post and you're telling the people on this board how things should be..  So is this P.L. or is it R.F. posting under a fake name?

Mark's right.  Just about anyone from CGCC (myself included) believes you screwed B1 over big time.  

You'd be a pretty smart cookie to dig a big hole, and jump into it, so you're off everyone's radar screen.  I know I'd never buy anything from you.  Your reputation is trash, regardless of what "username of the week" you pick.

Speaking of B1, I've dealt with him a lot, and he's always gone out of his way to make sure I'm happy with each and every transaction.  I take his word at face value.  Always.

If I were you, I'd be more concerned about my own reputation, than that of someone else.  It's not just trashed at CGCC, Neo-Geo.com, but just about everywhere you've ever set up a fake username.

Seriously, dude...the whole "pity me, I'm a victim" routine is getting old.  In fact, I really question why you want to bring this crap up over and over again, considering you seem to be at the unpopular centre of the tale.
