Just about ready for drywall on a project I'm working on in Cambridge. If anyone here is experienced and capable and want's the work, contact me.
Although I don't throw money away, I'm more concerned with a good job than the cheapest price, so I'm willing to pay accordingly.
This is a completely renovated home of approximately 1400 sq. ft. Some 9 ft ceilings. Some bullnosing. No radius' or major goofy stuff. You must have your own tools - ability to do knock down ceilings a plus. The ability to NOT put screws through the plumbing is an asset. The house will be yours for the duration with no other trades to trip over.
Project is in Cambridge.

I hired this fellow to tape/mud the basement I finished in my last house and he did an awesome job. Zero complaints and his price was very fair. This was over two years ago and when we last spoke he lived in Brampton. I will definitely hire him when I have this house's basement ready. I don't know if he'll travel but worth a call.
I thought knock-down ceilings was a sign of an older house and noone wanted that anymore?
That reminds me - I should add that Randy did not texture the ceiling but, as per my request, left smooth over an open 25' x 13' area and it was flawless.
I really miss that walk-out now that I'm collecting games.
If you're not getting anywhere, I've (here in London) used Over 55 many, many times. Retired people that want to stay busy. I had this one taper/mudder. He took 2 weeks to do my basement, by coming in for about an hour a day. but holy crap it was flawless. Check to see if you have a branch of Over 55 in cambridge.
