any plans?

I can host near the end of the month, 3 pins set up (DM, JM, TFTC). MAME, JAMMA MK 1, 2, 3U 4, 108 in 1 NEO GEO, Foosball and Air hokey as well for people to play while they wait.

Unless anyone else plans to host this NOV?

It would be nice to have 4 pins playable, otherwise one of them has to be played twice to match the event format. What's wrong with EFTLW exactly? Maybe we can help you get it working.

I do not know what is wrong with it. I will have to try to find time to finnish re connecting all the wires to the head (prev owner had cut them and sotterd them, so I am re-doing them to make sure thay go to the right places.

even so, it DID power up but not play, some flashers would be stuck on (this is after a board rebuild by Mindstorm8

I then let it sit for a month or so, did nothing to it...when I tried to turn it on next...it would not even power up, I touched the plug to give it a wiggle and got a BIG spark... that was the last I touched it over 6 months ago.

It is a shame as it is is REAL good condition....I should prob just sell it to someone who will give it the attention it needs, if anyone wants it... just make me a fair offer and its yours.

I've actually got some time to myself this month so I hope you kept last place open for me!

I am more than happy to host on Saturday Nov 14th or Nov 28th.

I have WPT, RBION, Flintstones, Riverboat Gambler, JP the Lost World all working well.

I also have BK but can't get it working correctly. Each switch is causing all other switches in that matrix row to trigger. If I can get it working it will be included, if not maybe the combined knowledge can help fix it at the meeting.

If Sparky finishes my 60 in 1 in the next little bit it may arrive too. (No Rush Sparky!)

Let me know so I can book it off in my calendar.

Ouch ME.  Was that a poke at me?  

I would like to offer up my place for the January meeting.  I know it is far away but I thought I would get my name out there now.  For the night I will have the following working pins ready for play:  BK, CV, TSPP, and TZ.

The 28th would probably be the best date for me too.

28th works for me.

I'd also like to offer up my place for the February meeting.

Woo hoo!!!! Look at all the new volunteers for OPL!!!! Excellent!

And Dave - it actually wasn't a BK comment at you, honest  . It just seems everybody I know with a BK and shows I've been to never have a nice fast BK to try despite all those new CPR playfields out there. All I have is the Wii version to play and it is incredibly fun and fast......the real question is whether a real BK plays at all like that with a clean and waxed playfield?

Hopefully I'll have 2 to test that theory on in the next few meetings

So the 28th is a go. I will PM Sparky to put the date in the calendar. 5:30pm start.

In the meantime see my post in pins section and help me figure out wtf is going on withg my BK. I really want to get it going.

On another note, my basement is small so we will be a little cramped depending on numbers, however if people want a break; the living room on the mainfloor offers HD TV.
