I'm waiting parts to continue the Black Hole project so i decided to start Centaur. Overall this project is a little easier than Black Hole, a playfield swap, lots ''I MEAN LOTS'' of cleaning, maybe some parts to zinc plate, buy some new playfield and electronics parts. Front door is nice but very dirty ( very very dirty inside ), apron is very nice, cabinet have usual scratch but ok and i don't think about repaint it, just little touch up. Cannot see evidence of wire hacking, overall a nice project, very solid cabinet. Already in my hand: New repro cpu board New repro plastic set from CPR New repro playfield from CPR NOS backglass
Need 4 80's Bally legs style, for the purpose, i put 4 legs Gottlieb style pin for the moment.

Clean wires, coils, connectors, everything possible to clean, lots of black coils dust !! Here's the mess after cleaning, you can see a nice burnt coil in the lower center:
Here's the new home: I sand down the wood in the ball launcher area, in my opinion it was not deep enough.

Oh yes, you are the Turkey Shoot guy !!! Very few person know this game. It is in working condition but in storage. When i buy a house, prepare the gameroom, get the game in, i will clean the gun assembly and make few upgrade for realibility and change the monitor.
