I heard he was Bi-Polar from someone who use to know him way-back...

seriously!  This may help explain his actions... (albeit I do not know much about Bi-polar disorder).

If you get into his place make a mental note what games he has on hand....   A few people who got ripped off may be able to find the location of their PINS for the police and recover them.

But it would be AWESOME if someone could take a picture of this guy.

Closing distance is 15 feet, with it not concealed, where you can easily be disarmed or have the weapon turned on you. Less with it concealed. 'sides, dude would think I'm there to be conned, b**** wouldn't know what hit him, and I'm always down for making some money.
