im sure jvegas will back me up on this, xenon made me a list a pinball on  ebay because he didnt trust ontario pinballers and wanted protection. I listed it with a buy it now. He bought it and has never paid 11 weeks of lies. I never do this but am frustrated as i now have to pay the ebay fees because i let him string me along too late to file a fee refund. i did file an unpaid item but he claimed paymebt was sent now its  too late.

   I will DEFINITELY agree with you!!  This guys a real pice of work...I just recently found out he used to be called 69gt500 on EBAY..it made sense as I had issues with that person too...tons of empty promises, excuses ranging from losing his job, breaking up with his wife, and the latest, his wife supposedly contacting me to say her husband had a stroke!!! He ended up buying 4 machines off me before I finally blocked him...miraculously just last week I finally received full payment for them. The buying stretched back to last September!! I'd get empty promises, then all of a sudden $200 by Fedex...then more promises, then $100 by Puro,etc.....ridiculous but in the end I got the $$ and hadn't shipped anything before that...he/she has been bugging me to give them good feedback now....I'll email and say that will come after Dave receives his $$$!!!

I almost dealt with him as well, he contacted me several times when i had my Diner on Ebay. Asked tons of questions, we even agreed on a shipping arrangement, he was supposed to bid on it etc... I thought it was all done.

To my great surprise, he didnt bid at all ! Half a day later, he emailed me to apologize, as the shipping fees were more than he expected at first. Told me to put game back with buy-it-now (at 200$ LESS than my opening bid) and that he would take it. I didnt, i was too upset at the time, and i'm glad i didnt now !
