And from what I've heard, AC70 is currently figuring out the thermometer issue.

I had it working .. not sure what the issue was ... the thermometer ribbon was a bit beatup and stretched ...

When I had it the problem was ribbon tension and I was just about to replace the ribbon and upgrade the spring tention.  That was all that was wrong then, worked out other issues.

I believe the issue is more of a 'No Ribbon At All' kind of issue, and he's trying different materials as replacements.
