Guys,

I may have a lead on a Pachinko...

I know what it is, the 'seller' doesn't know. I think he's asking about $125.00

As I don't have a clue on their value, is this a decent price? What shoul I check for?

Thanks,

Frogdude

Never did find out how you play one of those... looks like a bagatelle "Ballyhoo" game, but upright...

Weird thing... seems used to gamble money by winning balls. Might look nice in a gameroom but wont be much fun i assume since the winning part wil be absent. Same as a slot machine would not be very fun to play either in your basement..

Do not confuse: PACHINKO and PACHISLO...

PACHISLO: Japanese 'skill' slot machines, like the link...

PACHINKO: Japanese 'upright' gambling pinball machine.

a pachislo is often called a 'pachinko', but that's "incorrect"...

What's wrong with having a slot machine at home???

I rather play slots at home (and use it as a bank for my "pinball machine budget") than go to the casino and giving all these pinball bux to the provincial government...

No, I don't have a slot machine...yet!

In Europe I played some fun slots machines... I never saw one around here... in addition to the slots you could play some other types of built in games where after accumulating enuf "stuff" you win coins(credits) from there too.

...could be cool hanging off a wall... it is an interesting discussion piece... always better than having a cheezy picture on the wall. Are they heavy? Must be with all those balls inside...

Weight: I've heard they're about 40 lbs. with balls.

As for Ebay, I think I'll need to go see it again...but the problem is that I check it too much and/or I take pics, then the person will not negociate his price...

He also had some nice 'overpriced' beer neons...except two:

Molson Canadian HUGE neon... they have 2 ballasts.

Both looks the same, both working... $400 ea.

It's not cheap, but then again, they are BIG!
