Just bought a nice BSD that I'm picking up on the way to A-town..it'll be setup ( hopefully) at the Holiday Inn Express Dorney Park for 4 nights starting next Thursday...and I have a beer fridge in the room   . I also may have a Heavy Metal Meltdown, which I may sell at the show if its not as nice as I hope, or if its nice it'll be setup too...who needs a bed anyway???

Rebuilding...currently Scared Stiff, Guns N'Roses, Bally Harley Davidson, Fish tales, Slugfest, JVL Conquest standup, and a Wurlitzer Juke.

I just got a BSD last week. Am in the process of doing a shop job on it and its 75% done except for completely removing the big ramps to get to a few upper pf rubbers.

My observation: not an easy game! At first I thought it was but that was just luck. The lighteniong flippers make it a bigger challenge. I have read it was designed with regular flippers and then they decided on the lightenings to shorten ball times.  It worked. I have installed slightly stronger flipper coils as well so it easily makes it around the ramps with a 6.5 degree slope.

It is best played in a dark environment I find, due to its dark theme. I am giving it more play thay my pristine  new TZ!

Leaving Keannu off the artwork was a very good decision!

Ten SS games...but 8 is my limit!

Agree 100% on no Keanu!!! I had one for a while and have missed it ever since. It was around Maaca before I had it ( Sparky, Azatotht) and then went from me to Poolman and then Mark in N.B...I also love the lightning fliippers and the overall challenge of the game. It really is one of those love/hate games though..I know a few out there that hate it. I really can't wait to get it into my collection again...now one has to go again though, and it may have to be G and R, as even though its my highest value machine its the one I play the least.

GnR is leaving? This is the day of the unexpected...First ME votes SM over AFM and now you want to sell your GnR? I'm really surprised. Bet you have a bunch of PMs soon

That's good for the resale value as well. Youre just a bit to late for the T G Lover!

I think it was  case of my memory building something up in my mind that was way bigger than the reality. Its been in my basement for a few months now and its gets played rarely. Granted there are a couple of little nuisance issues that Geoff will be looking at later this week, so it hasn't been 100% since I bought it. It looks great though!  Maybe Scared Stiff will go instead. I'll see what happens once G and R is 100% later this week.  But BSD is coming after A'town so something will have to go. Slugfest is folded in a corner right now, and theres no room for another. Maybe I'll need to find some "babysitters" like medvet! Either that or the Windmill centre will soon live again!!
