Thanks guys
I presume that price is assuming fully operstional. Some people say the book price is not always realistic but depends on the condition and timing I guess. This one needs some repair and cleaning. The ball advance doesnt work, so the game never ends. Thats one way my 2 year old can get high score! Probably a wiper/contact/solenoid needs a fix. I was considering buying and hoping not an expensive repair.
I would think Mr. Hide is saying that's what he'd pay. If it's a machine you want, then you can certainly pay more without worry of being ripped off. The guide is just that.. a guide. I PMed you about a stepper in the backbox that is almost certainly the culprit. Does the seller have a price in mind already? Daniel

Done deal, picking up this weekend. Was a neighbour and I kinda know them so it was a good price Incidently the ball in play display on 1971 Gottlieb machines in on the lower left of the playfield where the instruction card is located. Dont know if that changes the location of the ball in play stepper. Thanks for the repair advice Daniel. Ready with the fine grit sandpaper and a keen eye for gapping leaf switches. Not too familiar with 2" flipper machines...apparently his is one of the last of that type made. After some cleaning new bumpers and such maybe a possible future trade for Skyjump?
