WTB Taxi master display board and bouns meter.

My current board displays are "gassed out" except for the bottom one it works. I have tested the bad ones with my Oscope and there is signal at the output of the driver chips, and some noticable white dust in the displays, which is a good indicater of the gassed out problem.
