It looks to be 16:9, most are now. If you're looking at this, you might want to look at BB or FS as they have similar ones for a bit more, but from more name brands (Acer and LG). Although I'm sure the components are 99% the same, the warranty/support may be worth the extra $20.

Warranty is no different at either of those stores, unless you BUY their overpriced extended warranty. And on a $99 monitor, I'll take the hit if it dies after the 1 year manufacturer warranty, instead of paying an extra $30.
If I'm buying a $99 monitor, an extra $30 warranty makes ZERO sense.
Ken, I meant the warranty at CT. Well, not warranty really, but return. The problem I find with CT is that as soon as it leaves the store, it's the manufacturers problem. If you take it home and it's DOA, life would be easier dealing with FS or BB. Extended warranties are fool's tax in my mind.

The law say's otherwise, there is a minimum 60 days on consumer goods, and I believe Electronics fall under a separate sub-section of that law, with at least 90 days. The vendor MUST exchange for equal value merchandise or refund your money, at their discretion. Any store that tells you to take it up with the manufacturer within this time frame is breaking the law.
I'm on the way out the door for parts for my motorcycle right now, or I'd dig up said law...found something from New Brunswick, but won't necessarily be the same here.
None of these at my Canadian Tire, went and looked for em earlier and they never had any to begin with. I wasn't aware CT ever sold ANYTHING made by eMachines.
