I sell pre-engineered steel buildings, and a lot of my customers have nice size insulated out buildings on their properties that would be absolutely ideal for a pinball shop. On the up side, they are easy to build by laymen and totally maintenance free longterm. The downside is that unless you build your own front, they are quickly rejected my many wives!
Holy cow... I have been seeing the ads for Future Steel buildings in a local paper for years, and I have always wondered if that would be accepted in my area. If so, and if I had land to accomodate it, it would be a no-brainer. That would be perfect... Insulate the interior once assembled, build a few walls and you are done. My wife even suggested we get that if ever we get another house with lots of land.

My neighbour has one of those, exact ones, finished it off in barnboard and a porch with slanted roof, a half story for storage - everything but water (damned Hamilton) - for her pottery business. We hang out in it and drink beer when the kids are playing outside.
