Actually, rumour has it that you played every machine except one....it's a shame too...'cuz the one machine you didn't play is apparently the best one in the world !!! Oh well.
And while Jim might have a "decent" set of games, it's not always about quantity. I for one, was saddened that Jim had not come to fully realize and appreciate the intrinsic value of the early Bally SS pins. An Eight Ball, Embryon or even a Vector would have certainly taken his collection to the next level !
On a more serious note, it was an awesome way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Glenn you took off early and didn't even take your cash prize with you You took 3rd place in the B division so that neted you I think $25 maybe a bit more as Charles takes care of the money.
But yea a good afternoon had by all, the playoffs for the A division didn't finish up until 8pm in the end the winners were:
1st - Adam (Vengeance) 2nd - Charles (no MAACA handle) 3rd - Sean O'neil (none so ville)
Prize pool was the largest in TOPL history as well, $300 for first place, $150 for second and $75 for 3rd.
We also ran a small mini tournament on a Stern IJ and ended up with a prize pool of $17 which went to Bmwman37 (Andrew)
Also want to take a moment and thank Sparky for his generous contribution to the league, he sponsored the league by providing a $250 credit toward his restoration work. So thank you Sparky for the sponsorship.
Next TOPL season starts on July 20th at The Church of the Silver Ball, everyone and anyone is welcome to join in.
I took a few photos but none when the place was at it's peak attendance, I usualy just end up to busy with trying to keep things organized with the tournament andplaying as well that I don't have time to take any pics.

My pleasure! And I am officially offering the same prize for next season!
Vengeance can fill you in on all the details, but time-wise, it's basically get there at 7:30 to play / practice for 1/2 hour, then the groups are made and the league play begins at 8:00 and usually goes until 10:00 give or take 15 minutes. Members are welcome to stay until 10:30, even if their league play is completed. You should come out...but only if you really suck because I need people that I can beat.
