The screen is blank. Sound is fine. I heard it is a relatively easy fix. One day it was fine next day the screen is blank.

If it stopped working after your move, and was fine before....check the wiring connections to your monitor.  Ensure you have power to the monitor and make sure the signal wires from the game board are securely plugged into it as well.

Are there any other spots other than Starburst in Montreal?  Really need to find someone or a company than can at least tell me what is wrong let alone fix it.

First thing would be to test the monitor alone. If anyone in MTL has a monitor tester, it would help (been thinking of getting one myself for a while...).

If the monitor tests fine, then you look at the wiring between the board and the monitor. It could be a bad/loose connector. This is an easy check... while the game is on, wiggle the connectors (should be a 6-pin and 3-pin connector on the monitor) a bit to see if something pops up on the monitor. Also check the power supply to the monitor (usually a 2-pin connector). Check if you have power and ground.

And then comes the boardset, but that would be the last intervention...
