I just bought 2 Pin 2000 LCD kits form Rick Niemand. Saw it at the Toronto Gameroom Show and liked it. I have installed the first one in RFM and it was easy and looks GREAT.  I would highly recommend the LCD kits to anyone whose PIN 2000 display is bad or even to just upgrade your game.  It's better than adding LED's.  I found the kit easy to install and came with everything you needed.  There were 4 bolts to take the old display out of the game and 6 screws to install the new LED display.

No adapter needed, it's plug and play. (runs on 15Khz source)  Rick dev'd this product specifically for the P2K.
