Cooke...do you really want me to comment on this? Didn't think so.....

However when Cooke and Poolman were in my store TODAY the BEST band in Canada were here as well. From Sudbury THE STATUES.

There album " New People Make Us Nervous" is a powerpop punk rock masterpiece.

It was nifty having a band stay at the house to play pinball after the gig. The guys really dug it.

They are in Toronto tonight and Hamilton on Saturday. Hopefully they will play to more then the 50 people they drew in London last night.

Current line up.....

Bally The Shadow
Bally Creature From The Black Lagoon
Bally Freedom EM (Early Production)
Williams Star Trek : The Next Generation
Williams Whirlwind (Might trade for the right title...try me)
Gottlieb Joker Poker SS (For Sale $1000)
Williams Love Bug (For Sale $600)
Williams Grand Prix
Gottlieb Target Alpha
Gottlieb Silver Slugger (For Sale $900)
Seeburg 1955 100 J Jukebox
48 in 1 Cocktail

And Nickleback for everywhere else.

Speaking of Nickleback, is it just me or does Chad Krogers head look like the tip of an uncircumsized p*nis

The only good Canadian music is Toronto's own metal legends ANVIL!!!

Wow, slamming the Tragically Hip...no no no. It is music, some people like some style other people like other styles. At any rate the Hip a truely Canadian, just like Anne Murray (I am not a fan of hers). Many of the Hips sopngs speak to Canadian themes and lyrically they are one of the great rock story telling bands.

If you don't like them that is fine but don't put them down; compare them to Nickelback or even put them in the same category, I don't see it.

FYI I have tickets for the concert in Ottawa in Sept.

Perhaps we should be focusing on trashing Brittany's music, I am sure we all can agree on this. That is of course with the assumption that none of use are female and under the age of 14.

Current Lineup:
Black Knight, Riverboat Gambler, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Flintstones, Orbitor 1, Wipe Out, Breakshot, The Simpsons Pinball Party, Fish Tales, Eight Ball and a 60 in 1 Cocktail.

I have heard rumours of females around here...

Under 14?  Are we talking physical or mental years?
