Both of the teams in question here are my nemesis, but in this case.... GO HABS GO!  I will admit the Sens are a good team, but that Spezza is just sooooo smug.

A lot of goals tonight! Sens are strong, good scoring, fast but not dirty ... accept Chris Neil who play is best game against MTL. If Habs gives too more powerplay, it would be a massacre. Habs can skates well against Sen and Gerber is waiting for only one bad game to return in the shadow of Emry. Maybe Price will have some luck... if Heatley, Spezza, Alfredson Vermette miss top corner, Habs have a chance

Head said Sens 4 -2 ( Grabowski = beurk and Latendresse with Kostopoulos in the same line = too slow to follow the game! We need help! Trop de chaudrons comme on dit chez nous! )

heart said: Go Habs go! 5-4 (hat trick for Higgins, 1pp 1SH and 1ev for the victory!)

Well... 4-3 sens, but a great game nonetheless!!!

But HOLY mess is the parking there ever frickin stupid!!!! One 2-lane boulevard is the ONLY way in or out of the parking lot!!!! It took an hour just to get out of there!!!! Man, even parking downtown at the Bell Center isn't THAT bad!!!

I was happy to see the Habs fail miserably again.  Doesn't matter if it's 10-3 or 4-3...  Still a loss..  GO SENS GO!!!  THESE guys rule BIG time!

Not too bad...

4-3 instead of 4-2  ( ..although the Habs third goal came an PowerPlay for a non-existent penalty to the Sens !)

Pizza-line got 5 points  ( Alfie 3 assists, Heatley and Spezza with a goal )

And yes, parking is an absolute B-TCH....

What obstruction ?

He was on a break-away with a perfect pass from Alfie from his own zone.

There waan't a man for 15 feet around and he beat the goalie from 20 feet out ... ?!?!

So yah, I guess I didn't see any obstruction there....

Grrrr   you're like the ref who says he was looking in the other direction, by the way it was one of the worst arbitration game i have seen since a long time.

Honestly, I didn't see any obstruction anywhere...
Who was obstructed ?

It certainly wasn't the goalie !

All the Habs fans are the same..  Everytime they lose it's never because they were beat by a BETTER team..  It's always someone else's fault..  Like the Refs, Kovalev, etc..

BTW Price really blew it on that 1st goal.  Played good after but sometimes 1 goal can make a world of difference..

I have to agree, and this is coming from a guy who is as much a Sens fan as a Habs fan (honest!!!). The refs really had their heads up their asses last night... the only difference is that the Sens ended up mostly with the favorable side of the errors.

I had some die-hard Sens fans all around me that all said "oh mess, penalty coming" when Heatley obstructed Brisebois, but then Heatley scored and there were some with a look of confusion there. The habs had a couple of favorable calls (I saw 2 cross-checking calls ignored), but not in critical moments.

In my opinion, simply put, the best team won, but it was a close game.
