Hi
I am just wondering if anyone has bought a pin from PinballOutlet?
If yes....what was your experience?
What kind of quality are there machines?

I just bought a Firepower from them and can certainly recommend them from my experience. The owners name is Andre, he's a very nice guy and very reasonable with his prices.

For example, he had a Firepower I wanted listed for $1499 on his website. Yeah, pretty steep. However, when I went in to inspect the machine, he was VERY negotiable on price. In fact, while we were negotiating, "he" pulled up Mr Pinball Classifieds on his computer to see what other prices were being asked for Firepower in similar condition. In the end, I paid an extremely fair price FAR below his asking price for a machine in above-average condition. He also acknowledged that he's had to drop prices recently due to the strength of the Loonie, so at least he's not delusional like some other sellers I've encountered.

If you go in there with a good handle on what market values are for a particular title in varying degrees of condition, you should be able negotiate a good price. If you go in offering $300 for a $1500 market value game, I doubt you'll fare as well.

The only downside, as with all retail purchases, is that you must pay tax. Not a big deal if you factor in that amount in your negotiation. The upside is that you get a 30-day warranty, if that matters to you (it didn't to me).

I'd buy from them again without hesitation.
