I just pulled all the fuses from the two pins I have. I was suprised to see how many fuses were incorrect. I did try the machines before purchasing...however, this is clearly not the same as playing for an hour or two.
I found that both machines had at least 3 fuses that were not correct. I am going to correct them all and hopefully this will solve a few issues.
Anyone else experience the same? (Incorrect fuses)
I guess you need to check them all against the schematics anytime you are looking at a pin.

Yes, the general public has a certain tendency to overfuse for some reason. They seem to believe that putting a bigger amp fuse will stop it from blowing... Which leads to more damage when there is a problem in the machine, such as burned coils & boards, and even risk of fire.
Fuses are there to protect in case of a problem - they rarely blow without a reason. This is why it is important to replace fuses with one of the proper original ratings.
Checking the fuses and the AC wiring and ground is part of the basic checks and shopping - especially if the machine is in unknown conditions. I always check those before powering-up for the 1st time.
