I see many ads with ''HUO''. How can you prove the pin is HUO ? Does it really make a pin more valuable? It look like anybody with a very nice pin can say that. And too often you see the same titles HUO, probably a way to increase market value but they can't all be HUO.

The easiest way is to have a receipt from the company that sold it indicating it was new at time of sale. That receipt would also have to have the name of person who bought it. There are still problems with that but as long as the buyer on the receipt is an individual and not a business then there's a good chance it was bought for home use.
I don't think it should matter, what matters is the condition. When I bought my current car, the used car salesman said it was 'lady driven', whatever that means. I'm sure it's possible to find HUO games that have been treated like crap. I've seen a TMNT with most of its playfield gone, and it was in a home for half its life.

One more thing, make sure the serial number on the invoice matches the machine's. For instance, on my LOTR, the invoice indicates my name and present address with the serial number on it. It also helps that I still have the original box with the same serial number on it. Finally, pictures of unboxing would be helpful, as many buyers of NIB take pictures of the unpacking event. I would say with all of the above, you're pretty much 100% sure it's HUO.
