I love digging up old threads...

Any chance of getting 3 pins into a minivan without taking the heads off any of them?  There would be only a driver in the van so the front passenger seat can be folded up for more space.

Thoughts?  Am I dreaming?

Yes. I have fitted 3 in my MPV. VERY tight fit. I could do 4 if the heads are removed, and they are standard bodies.

Grand Caravan probably.  I have to rent a vehicle and a minivan is much cheaper than a cargo van.  I'll probably go with a pickup truck.  Will cost more in gas but at least I know I can fit them all in.

You could probably do 3 in a Grand Caravan if the passenger seat is removed entirely. I have moved 2 standard size WPC's with the heads on in my GC, but there's no way for 3 to fit without creating more space by removing the passenger seat.

And if one of the machines is a widebody, you may have trouble even getting two in there.

Wow! I'd like to see pics of that. I have the same van and have only been able to easily fit two in.

With your van, does the middle seat move back and forth? I've always been concerned about putting a pinball on that mechanism.

2 wouldn't be a problem even if both wide bodies. With WPC, the head is the biggest obstacle. The head is the same size for a wide body and a reg body.

I know. But as I recall it, I had to play a bit of Tetris getting both pins in my GC and it was still very tight. One machine went in back first, then the other went in front first beside it. The side of the heads from each machine kind of rested on the cab of the other. I remember thinking that if either was a widebody, it may not have fit between the wheel wells. Or perhaps my memory is muddy in this regard.

I can do 2 WPC's with heads intact in my short bed Chevy Uplander.  It does require folding one head gently up and on to the next because of the combined width of the heads.

I regularly move 2 quite easily in my 95 Ford Windstar. I put one in the side door and the other in the back door, The only issues are with Gun shooters as the add quite a lot of length. 3 would be possible with the head off one of them I believe as the one through the back door has lots of side to side room and I think the body of another would fit on it's side. The head would sit on the front seat or on top of something else.

I think we're buying a Subaru Outback. Girlfriend thinks we can fit a pin in it, I haven't gotten to check it out just yet.
