Hey Guys.......
Sterns new customer service is great......I broke a plastic on my BSM and called them and explained it broke.........
Needless to say, in less than 24hrs they called me back for my address and mailed me one out at no charge....
I dont think they could do any better..

Had the same thing with my NIB TSPP.  The pf clearcoat was chipping in the itchy/scratchy hole and lifted a bit of artwork.  They promptly sent a replacement pf and paid all shipping and custom fees.
