As requested since I posted the pic with the mining truck, here's a pic of where that exact truck operates... It started with a lake 30 feet deep that they drained and started taking out the ore for iron and gold... the hole is now 850 feet deep, and takes the truck 25 minutes to get all the way up at 12 Km/H when loaded... I took this pic as close as I dared to go to the edge...
That huge truck looks ity-bity at the bottom...

Well I trained as an electronics engineering technologist and got my degree in it, graduated near the top of my class. But fate seems to love playing tricks on you. Tech bubble burst in Ottawa area......no jobs around. I had even been head-hunted by the RCMP Technical Devision before the burst....oh well, life is like that. �  Now work for and own part of a waste management company. Yes I know, is "somewhat" different from what I trained as but still like my job � |
