Ah no I would never ever do that. There are some stupid shortcuts there. The board part and playfield hell no. If i was to clean the boards i do them one by one and dry them both sides. The playfield could warp once it dries the solvent he used on it should not be used ect. But hey what do i know. |

Yea I was going to say, that stuff looked like mean green, I would never put that on a PF, that and the fact that he sprayed down the entore PF with a garden hose. No thanks, do it right or don't do it at all I allways say, it may be working now but god knows what the water might do down the line. |

Just plain stupid in my opinion. Was this video produced by Gaucho Pinball in Argentina? Sure seems like something they would do. |

Some interesting ideas but also some shortcuts. Why hose down the head, and then remove the boards for repair later? Why hose down the front of the playfield, then novous it later? (but it did trickle a lot of dirt off). I also see they were using the Vengeance-air-compress-desolder method. Their website: http://petacos.com/ |

I like that method Why is there something wrong with it? |

Intersting the concept of restoring / refurbishing a pinball as a team of 5 friends rather than doing it alone. |

... and doing it in record time. Usually, restores tend to take people a long time, RL is important but with friends working on different parts at the same time, pretty impressive time-wise anyway. |
