Might as well start a new thread. Meeting scheduled for this Saturday April 24th at my place. Warmup at 2pm, competition starts at 3pm. Everyone is welcome, send me a private message for directions.
Please don't bring food, I'll be providing. But if you want something to drink other than water, fruit juice, or herbal tea, then by all means bring your own beverage. Indoor footwear also recommended, the floors are cold.

For those unable to attend, sorry it didn't work out and hope you can make it to the playoffs at medvet's place. Especially Loafer what a bummer reason to have to cancel.

There's one parking spot available next to the entrance; and another behind my truck on the right hand side of the building. Once those are taken you'll probably have to head north across the bridge and walk a couple of blocks back. Fortunately it's a nice day.

I'm really sorry to have missed today. HAd everything planned out then Rogan, my Doberman, threw a wrench in the works and had to be hospitalized. Thank goodness I have great access to a good vet clinic . He's not impressed with having to stay in a cage and his Mom isn't impressed with missing a MAACA meeting that actually finally happened on a Saturday that I wasn't working!
Oh well, see you guys at the finals. If you're still up for it at my place, I'll find a date in May (late or very early June) due to Allentown and TO Show.

This is a little belated but…congrats to tinyrodent! It's not all about the competition but still - 1st place is 1st place! Now on to the playoffs!
Btw: the standings are (obviously & intentionally) influenced by meeting attendance so I was a bit curious re an ‘averages’ view of the stats: highest points per game played average – jonny_eh 2.63; TwighlightZone 2.50; tinyrodent 2.32; Hippochrome 2.21; TigerSaw 2.18 (minimum 16 games played). Another ‘interesting’ stat – Pharoah007 had the highest percentage of 1st place finishes at 20% which was 4% more than anyone else (again – minimum 16 games played).

I am assuming that the show being referenced is Toronto. Is there many pins for sale at the Toronto Show ?
Er, on potential dates, I am not available June 5th all day, and June 19th evening. I've only played once this year so this is certainly no request to bow down to my own availability, just if you're ever available for other dates, I'd appreciate it
