There's really no need, and perhaps you took my comment the wrong way since I too have experience with military in the family. In a conflict (or a sports event) both sides think they are doing the right thing and the other a wrong thing. There is no denying that.
This wasn't intended on putting anyone down, politicizing, or personalizing or even judging the event. Just watch it and reflect silently on what war is; each of us will react differently.
