My brother has a Mars God of War, When the ball goes down the gutter it doen't put them back over to the plunger area , it just stays where it falls. and doesn't reset. Is this a common issue with these ? Can any one help. Thanks

Could be a few things:
- outhole or trough contact misadjusted or dirty (clean with business card, not sandpaper!);
- burned fuse usually due to shorted drive transistor;
- broken wire at ball eject cam coil.
