wondering if I can convert a .tif to a .bmp (Tiff to Bitmap)  without losing any picture quality?

I have been touching up some plastic scans in .tif format in P.Shop and want to print them now, problem is none of the computers at the place I print can display .tif files....and I can not install anything on these computers

Bitmap files could be opened tho

you should be fine, yes.. just don't play around with any compression or colour settings.  

PS.  your file will probably be huge.
