Everyone is more than welcome to carry machines up and down the halls at my showroom....we could sort of have like our version of potato sack races with Pinballs...last one left after the rest have had heart attacks wins!!! BTW no salads allowed on Saturday....they will be confiscated at the entrance...
I would like to join the MAACA weight loss program. I am 216 lbs today and would like to get down to about 185-190 lbs. My 2 year old daughter is starting to run around like the energizer bunny and I will be digusted with myself if I can't keep up with her in a couple of years. I will not be able to make the next meeting but should make the one after that. Sparky can you please add me to the list at 216 and let's see what I can do by the next meeting. Thanks for starting this....it is exactly what I need right now.

Since I'm the heaviest of the participants, I would like to go down to the second highest participant...
My 'ultimate wish' would be to get at an even 100kg...or 220 lbs....but that means I would need to lose 50...so my realistic goal for the summer is: 235

No trash talking... just support. I have been holding up so far. I haven't had a Coke in 3 days (which, for people who know me, is a frickin miracle), and I have gone down to 223.5lbs since Friday, when I weighed myself at 228.5lbs.
JD has also done great, holding out from junk food (except at the meeting). This is probably harder on him than on me... I used to be thin.
I know it sounds corny, but don't give up, guys... it can only pay off.
BTW... you guys don't really want before and after pics, do you??? I dunnoooo....

Well I have been thinking about it and would probably be a good ideas me and the wife go well me first i guess
Life is like Pinball!! You never know where you will bounce or where your going but sometimes you have that one amazing shot But on the other hand you have those darn gutter ball where you just get frustrated.
