Yeah, usually if the pin is in good shape ( cosmetically looks nice to the average person )and is fairly priced, you should pick it up. Even if YOU don't like it, you could probably flip it, at least get your money back.
Ultimately, the seller COULD ask whatever they want, so keep that in mind...
