We have a few Beaver's - all southern beaver style (small - but can accept 1" toys / gumballs).   We don't have any candy in them - as we cannot control the kids finding quarters and getting candy.    Worried about the long term costs of that @ the dentist.

Looking for advice on a few fronts:
  • healthy candies to put in beaver besides nuts.   (i know an oxymoron)
  • 1" toy suppliers in Canada.   We have two conversions for the 1" toy/gumball

The suppliers in Canada I have found are:

Any ideas & thoughts - I like something for the kids to grab / play / use for a $0.25 - it makes visits fun for kids (since I don't own a crane    ).

What about peanuts? They're not nuts, and not unhealthy (if they're unsalted).
What about sugar free gum? Do they come in ball form?

I have sugar free gumballs in mine cause of the same dental concerns...my 5 year old loves candy! I got mine at Bulk Barn. Buy what you need and you don't have to fill the machine completely full so things stay fresh. I would definitely go to Bulk Barn and check their stock. They have tons of choices...some good...some bad.

Actually Doug I ordered from Actionmatic a few years ago and still have about 1000 toy capsules for my Beaver which should fit yours. Toys are appropriate for boys and girls your kids age. You can have a good supply if you like - no prob. Re candy etc - I stick with toys so can't help you there.

Thanks.   I got that advice from another web store, too.   I've emailed - and awaiting a response.   Thanks.

Regarding, medvet - that's a neat idea - maybe jvegas could supply the machines & medvet could be the parts distributor

Johnny, peanuts are out at our house.   Our little one had a reaction a few years back - not sure if she's alergic - we haven't tested her since...

Sugarfree is probably a good idea.

I was going to try the "Kickbutt" - http://www.funenergyfoods.com/   .   I had been following them for awhile because they were mentioning that they would have kid-friendly kickbutts ( I guess reduced caffeine )...

Thanks for the tips...
Doug.

Too funny.   That sounds good - I also forget to get that Sinbad coil from you - so I gotta drop by sometime to play, errr, I mean pick up the coil.   Honest mistake

I'll probably order some from Actionmatic too - so if interested you can have some of mine when they arrive - probably more geared towards girls - butterfly tattoos, jewerly, etc.   The challenge of 850 toys for two kids wears thin on them pretty quickly

I guess these are out - they are $0.30 each - and you order in lots of 800.  Plus they seem heat sensitive - so not a good choice if they are going to get warm.
