Sigh, only 4 hours away from me, but too much for the wallet, and not my favourite theme.  I was watching the auction but then it ended no bids.  I was wondering if this is a sign of the times? (empty wallets and vigilant spouses)  

Just curious to see if anyone contacted the seller?

Yes, I agree, especially if you can go down in person or talk to them on the phone, taking some risk is often worth the rewards!

That could amount to just about anything happening, including someone making a side offer off of Ebay.
