This morning I had a big problem with my computer (BTW I'm not home now) so I could'nt post an ad that i saw.
LOTR at 500$...Her exhusbands pinball that she wanted to get rid of.
1 month ago I see an ad saying 'Pinball machine for sale and tools'....it was another women in the same situation....She wrote quote ,Now that my husband is gone I want his stuff out of my garage, here's the pinball machine (she shows a picture of Medieval Madness), I've plugged it in and it does'nt work, I can't find a switch, first 200$ gets it.

OUCH !!!!  Never let your ex-wife alone in you garage.....

Urban Legends...  not real....

1- Why are these stories always about A+ Titles ?
2- Why wouldn't the husband take the machines  (...would YOU leave your wife a MM or a LOTR ? )
3- Every pinball wife knows what a machine is worth (more or less), and no-one would be stupid enough
    to sell an A-title for $200.  (... my wife knows how much money is sitting in our basement... )

I'm still waiting for ANYONE to tell me he's picked up ANY machine for cheap
for an embittered spouse...

I don't know more than you Steph,,,I'm just saying what I saw in an ad.
But I can say that many wives don't give a damn and are not at all interrested in their husbands hobby.
Maybe the guy died!? That would explain something.

Plus, I know of a few husbands that were thrown out of their house by their wives.

Never happen unless it was your next door neighbour and it never makes it to an ad.

As soon as one of those way under ads goes up there are I am sure (because I have experienced first hand) a couple of guys that will reply. "Wait I will bring a grand" or whatever number they think will stall any deal. As soon as people get wind of it being worth considerably more they start doing their homework and the price escalates.

Is Joust considered an A+ title? If so, come see the Joust I just bought for 1500$ U.S. Steph....It's nicer than my other one, and, Necro, it happened.

well i know dr.who isn't a A list title.  but i did get one that a young lady had for sale for over a month and it was her ex's.  she was asking $500 and i offered her $350 and she took it.  it was my first pinball i ever owned and traded it to twlightzone.  it was in very nice condition and worth more no doubt.  wasn't trying to rip her off.  i never priced pins before and just had vids.  most of them only costed me $25-50.  so i just offered just alittle more then half asking price.   took it down three floors of stairs and into the van.  

Guys, guys, you forget the most improtant part of Aljo's story.......

I"m not an idiot....I know there are lots of scams out there....!!!!
What scammer on earrth would list a MM and say that it does'nt work and sell it only 200$, come on guys, be realistic.
You're very faithfull to yourself Adam, just like I once said,   I know what kind of guy you are Adam and even if it gets hard sometimes...I like you anyway.
