I remember someone asking about the use of black lights in a games room . What if it ' s the wall opposed to the games that ' s lightened with it ???

Claude, you read my mind, I intend to put black lights in my machines and my gameroom.  I heard that his erased the color .... Is this true?

Black light bulbs come in two different types...

Black Light white, and Black Light Black.  Basically the BLW looks just like a normal white florescent tube, while the BLB as the distinct blue colour tube.

The BLW gives off harmful UV rays that not only can damage your machines colour, but also hurt your eyes.  They are not commonly used.  

The BLB also gives off UV rays, but not nearly as bad as the BLW.  BLB are commonly used in all settings, and are not considered harmful.  With this in mind, all UV rays will bleach your colours, but BLB are no more dangerous then standard Incandescent light bulbs.
