Hello to all guys from this forum! It´s now long time ago that i wrote here about my projects ( i think more than 1 year ) For all those who are interested about my work please visit me at my homepage: http://www.specialpinball.de- The TAF widebody is going now into his final round; in spring 2010 i will show this machine running on a video. - This year i spent much of time into my new and very difficult project; more about it you find on my hp. - Next year it will start a new project which will be running also under the P2K system. For first much thanks for your feedbacks! And i see i´m not alone with german language )) I will work here at this location now much more in an active way for all the english spoken and interested guys; but only here at this place. Also i will give my help to you; special about restoration of pinballs. There will be in next time three project threads about: - TAF widebody final - Wizard Blocks widebody (P2K) - Medieval Madness widebody (P2K) will start first in spring 2010! Feel free if you have any comments or suggestions to write in my thread projects. Cheers George |

The IJ project is dead...... that´s a long story and my ideas changing. I was never a friend about P2K machines; but in a discussion with some friends i understood more and more the possibilities about this great revolutions which were possible in the year 1999 when Williams halted the complete production. It was first the beginning with this new system and if i see now as i started the WB project - what was possible - that´s unbelievable!!
I´m very deep working now in this WB project and i understand more than 99% of this pinball how he works and what were the ideas from P. Lawlor ( he knows about this project ) The playfield is looking really simple with simple long shots; but there is so much deepness possible what´s really unbelievable. The concept of this pinball has 6 missions and the final armageddon mission - but it can be more if the software will be changed. It´s more a machine which plays with the software animations than with the classic toys...... a combination of classic pinball; animations and lights; what can be seen in the YouTube video of this prototype gives only a liitle snapshot what´s possible.
I don´t work with the Nucore system - for myself it has some parts i don´t like; for e.g. the high requirement of hardware. And it is expensive and.....
Next year i start with the development of my own software emulator for the P2K system that i have all freedom to realize what i think could be for best for this machines! But more next year about my work you can read here.
This two projects will walk about some years; but i have the time to realize this. For myself it´s not important to collect machines in original condition; this was in the past - no - it makes me much more fun to work at this machines and if i want to play i have three pin´s...... |
