Something doesn't quite add up....

He says the track has a "whopping"  5 mile long straight-away.

At 253 MPH, you cover 4.2 mile in ONE minute.
The video footage shows it took him about 90 seconds
to push the car from 120 MPH  (200 Kmh) to 253 MPH (407 Kmh ).

In 90 seconds he would most likely run out of straight-away.

... unless the video timeline is edited for "effect".

Still,  that's pretty damn fast !
(...I was laughing at the thought that the car
went from 200 Kmh to 300 Kmh in NINE seconds !
Most cars can't do 0-100 Kmh in 9 seconds !   )

Gotta love Top Gear (the show this was taken from).  If you liked this, I encourage anyone to watch the show on BBCC on Sunday's.  (on 3 times through the day)  If the schedule is going to mirror the UK episodes, there are some REALLY good ones coming soon.  (the 'Coming to America' and 'Stretch Limo' episodes I would consider don't miss viewing)
