Ive recieved two now, its an email from a friend, subject like "Heyyy;)" or How are you....Body has generic content such as "long time, how are you etc , with a lnk that sends you to a site to see who has blocked you on thier email. Basicaly it replicates and sends to all of your contacts as well.....so delete it and dont click the link in the email body..otherwise you'll be safe.
Oh and no my computers are not infected FYI
