The shroud and decals are widely available in reproduction. Marco also has the motor replacement. If you wish I could take a bunch of pictures and you could refabricate the bracket and motor standoff's and then find a suitable fan.

I've always found that their shipping is way too expensive...! ! Maybe that's just me!

Operators have to be one of the laziest group of guys around (just look at the condition they leave games in and you can tell). Chances are the board is there and the topper was taken off as a result of it not fitting at the location or getting destroyed. The reason why the board would survive is because it would take EXTRA WORK to remove it.
Unfortunately if they took it off for the location, it would never make it back on as it just means MORE WORK.
The only saving grace for games is the fact the cabinet is the easiest place to hide mess in. So if it will fit in the cab you might find stuff rolling around in there. It would take an operator an extra few steps to get that item to the garbage or the truck so in some cases it works in our favour.
Just got time to look at this little board...And I may now know why the topper been removed. I always 29 to 30 Volts AC between #1 and #5, so the fan was always ON even when the pinball was in attract mode...!!
So now I assume I'll have to replace the U1 and Q1 on this small board. U1 = MOC3040 on the board itself but supposed to be MOC3030 if I refer to the book and I see a difference in price between the 2... ( by the way it's the original that is on the board ) Would you recommend to go with a MOC3030 or MOC3040? Q1 = CEN CO 2201-100 on the part and not mentionned on the schematic, what is the ''correct'' part # for this one?
Anyone could supply those 2 parts or will I have to order them on e-bay or somewhere like this?
Thanks!
Eric
