Lookin' good. I thought you were going to show TOTAN turned into a Hollywood Heat when I was scrolling down. Pretty relieved to see when the picture finally filled in that it was still TOTAN.
Looks like your skill shot took it in the chin on the last brace the same way mine did. I got my game it was epoxied back on by someone before me. The welds are crap. I had to re-weld the last one back on. I doubt it's going anywhere now with good welds.

You know what Glen, I didn't even notice this until you pointed it out! Thanks, now I need to go buy a replacement. (seriously, I totally missed that) I searched the cab and the broken piece was not among the filth, so I'll have to snag a new one.
Gory, these are not new ramps. Just cleaned and flamed the originals. (but I also had to clean a TON of dirt off the PF, not to mention high-speed polish it as it was hazy as all hell from old balls)
Duane, you are correct. This game didn't see much life on route which was the reason I bought it. PF isn't worn in the usual places, and the cab is unfaded. When I purchased it from the guy in MN, the story is that is sat in a warehouse with no PF glass for at least 3-5 years until I bought it. Who knows where it was before that.
Enzo, already ordered the insert LED kit. Just waiting for it to arrive. (great minds think alike eh?)
Glenn, I just recently stumbled across a tip from another pin restorer that I hold in high regard as to what he uses to clean his ramps. I tried it out on a STTNG that I've been working on for a friend and I was very impressed with the results. So naturally I tried it on my TOTAN ramps. Low and behold it worked as I had hoped, and the flame job was the cherry on top. So from now on my ramp cleaner of choice is... scrubbing bubbles!
Mslave, before I tried the SB I was banking on a miracle to get the ramps clean!
