I use PVC foam aka 'SENTRA' used in signs shops,you'll need a 'heated bender' inorder to fold to 90 degrees.Made a dozen sets for my games last summer.......to CNC presision!

All I know of Uplands is that it's the road that connects Hunt Club to the airport. So I assume that you'll be near the airport.
