This auction:

I have a great suspicion that this is Mr. Anderson again. So if you decide to bid, be advisedl.

I am assuming it is he that had the pin on Kijiji and the contact names sound very familiar and the same pics appear now on Ebay with a "0" feedback seller. Not 100% sure, so all I am saying is buyer beware.

It's got classic Mr. Anderson MO written all over it.  You don't sell pinballs with those words and that font, and that location, and that style of username, etc. with 0 Feedback unless you're a Mr. Anderson. I suggest you report it.

Neo sells pinball?

Seriously, i've heard you guys mention "Mr. Anderson" a couple of times but what did he do?
Does he carjack you when you come to pick up your pinball?
Just curious as he seems to be some sort of outlaw but I don't know why.

Reading the blacklist report, this guy sounds like a real private.  I guess the only consolation is that people like this usually get what's coming to them in the end.  The saddest thing I find is that it somewhat perpetuates the myth amongst some americans that Canada is a land of scams.  That certainly isn't true but it only takes one idiot like this to undo the goodwill that 100 good Canadian sellers generate.

By the way, is the guy in New Jersey that ripped someone off (I think it was jvegas) on that blacklist, if not it sounds like he should be.

My 2 cents.

He's all over kijiji right now, you could spend an hour sending in reports.

I have reported him ( Arun Patel at allaspects Amusements) to many places..he now has the NJ state police as well as the local PD and the local consumer affairs people all over him. He's ripped off MANY people. SUPPOSEDLY he has agreed in writing with the CA office to send me my $$...I'll believe that when I see it! What really pisses me off is that EBAY continues to allow him to be an active seller. His feedback is forged, and his actual place of business is locked up tight. If I don't have a complete refund by A'town, it may require a pitstop on the way down ( Sparky...YOU IN??.

How many people can be selling the same Funhouse? The wording is identical to the one on ebay and the one on Kijiji (both of which have now been pulled).

It really easy to nail these fraudulant ads down right away. I ask them to send me a picture of something obscure on the machine. That way they can't use other stock photos and have to at least have a machine there. Beyond that, sure they can still screw you, but most of these guys don't even own a machine.
