Your making the assumption it is the same on the back as what you have. Most are a square hole, but the size of that square can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
By the way this appears to be ILCO/Unican product number A7800J14-11 and the catalogue shows it with cam.
I have had an account with IDN here in Toronto for years if you want to know what wholesale on these is for comparison. They may not stock it though because I doubt it's a popular item.
