I'd say $$ wise if the T2 is in good shape it's about even. BTTF's seem to be a little harder to locate, whereas T2's are plentiful, mind you most of them are below average condition.

Not the one in my shop when I am done with it... (I can just see Adam smiling...).
I found T2 on the easy side... I only played BTTF very briefly (not even one game) ... looked like fun. Can't go wrong with the theme either... c'mon... who hasn't enjoyed the BTTF trilogy. Still a great set of movies to watch. It will be fun to see if 6 years from now we will see Hoverboards, flying cars and a Mr.Fusion power unit...
... better chance of finding a Wild Gunman in a retro restaurant. ... in a Playchoice machine of course.

Nice touch. I had the handle re-plated, but left the rails and lockdown looking factory. But did you manage to find a NOS plastic set and NOS Translite for your game?

Good score. It took me well over a year before I managed to locate a true NOS WMS set. (not to mention almost $300 US) I think by the time I was done the resto I had over 2 complete decent used sets, one complete repro set, and a bunch of NOS originals, just buying what I could find.
Bewteen those two sets you did ok, but unfortunately you're still missing a number of really important pieces... Namely the 2 most broken plastics that go under the skull on each side of the lock, and the signs for each ramp entrance (as these are usually yellow).
Unfortunately after speaking with Darrin and crew @ IPB while I was on the hunt, there is no way these plastics will ever get repro'd, as the licensing fee's are astronomical... Darin said that out of all the licensing fee's, T2's were the highest he's ever seen.
