I've tried it on my BOP few minutes ago and It's working. It's a nice '' hidden '' feature of this machine.

Here's what you need to do :
start a game but don't launch the ball and
hold right flipper 45 sec
hold left flipper 45 sec
hold both flip 45 sec
then tap out old mac donald had a farm starting with the right flipper
