Listening to satellite radio today and there was a discussion about Gary "Baba Booey" Dell'Abate getting an Eight Ball with the help of the Gameroom guys. Story is in the next issue. Pretty good plug for pinball as the listener base is in the millions.
Basically commented that the game cost $950 and was his first and only pinball. Typical story of wanting the same game he played as a kid. Mistakenly stated to Stern that pins could cost as much as $5000 and $950 was relatively inexpensive, accurate. Stern's comment was "I like pinball".
Picture of the "Horse Toothed Jackass" playing his new toy.
What's the concern with being saved? Are you the new investor in Stern that got saddled with BBH?
Regardless, most of the time I hear anything broadcast about pinball anymore it's on some obscure wave file or streamed from some guy in the U.S's mothers basement.
