First time on a forum . I ' m not the kind of guy to b**** , but since i ' m pissed off , i will . When i call somebody for a pin part , it ' s 'cause i need it and if we come to an agreement , i buy it . It 's as simple as that . As for my post for the trident wardware , it could bring to some confusion and let think that the playfield was in it . So , i corrected it . As for the add on my backglasses , it couldn ' t be anymore straight forward then that . So , if you ' re not sure of buying something , or even better , if you don ' t need it , please , don ' t call for it and then back off to piss off the seller ...

This comes up every so often, but I'm sorry to tell you, that's sales.

Tire kickers, low ballers, scammers, it's all part of selling stuff on the internet.  That's just the way it is, that is the way it will always be.

I allways find it best to take a bunch of pictures write a in depth descrition of what you are selling and then all you ever have to do when you get tire kickers is to just direct them to where they can find the info and that is usually that.

Welcome to the wonderful world of selling stuff on the internet

Post enough detail so that you can have fun when they call.

It's always nice to respond "read the f'n ad" or "look at the f'n pictures if you want to know more about it" then always finish off with an expletive. Just kidding.

Being a seller you should always remember to keep a copy of Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people" at the ready.

Like Adam says. Your not going to get around people calling and sending emails that have the potential of pissing you off, so you might as well have some fun with them.

I ' ve been selling vintage bicycle and Whizzer parts on ebay for years and who ever ' s the bid winner pays for it and off it goes . I agree with the fact that sales on the net goes that way , but what pisses me off is that if you have something for sale and i come to an agreement with you , i ' ll go thrue with it ...

Yeah. I have had that before. You get told a by guy he's taking it then you blow off all the other guys interested and the next thing you know you still have it and all your other buyers are gone. It sucks, what can I tell you? That guy won't do it to you again but then it's too late.

Just don't take the item off the market until you receive the cash. Just tell interested parties that the item 'is on hold pending a sale'.

Whizzervic is talking about me. I usually don't have this habit, you can ask anyone has dealt with me, I even drive through america to pick up game when I give my word (and those are thousand $ deals), but mishaps happen once in a while and this is one of them.
You can be pissed off if you want, or,  you can try to be understanding, you choose.

Claude.

You forgot that it was 8 oclock in the morning, I did'nt want to wake you up, I work on a night shift and was going to bed when you called me. Don't forget that we had a rendez-vous at 2 pm, maybe you woulds of prefered that I call you at 1 oclock when I waked up? At the last minute?

What this all about??? Talk about getting off topic!!!

You lived in a van...and sleeped in it.

Do the trip driving 24 hours a day, taking turns with you wife, sleeping and driving and it'll take you 6 days too.

Hope this is what you were talking about Whizzervic???
